  1. I’m not a vegetable person I never have been and I’m deathly allergic to broccoli. I do enjoy salads, squash, cucumber, celery and zucchini. As for fruit I love fruit, all fruit. After meeting with you today I know i have to get other vegetables introduced to my diet and I will try……..I just need some guidance as to which are the best vegetables to help me lower my LDL!

    1. The goal is to not only eat a large amount of fruits and vegetables, but to enjoy what you eat. Explore the supermarket. Go to farmer’s markets. Find new items and give them a try. Look for different recipes and ways to cook fruits and vegetables. You do not need to force yourself to eat anything. Eat only what you enjoy.

  2. Since I left your office the other day, I have eaten alot of veg and fruit and even after only 3 days I already feel nearly as bothered my sinus issues. I am becoming aware of how certain foods make me feel. For that reason of wanting to feel great, I will cut way down on cheese, butter, etc.

  3. broccoli is my favourite vegetable…yes that’s right…i have a favourite vegetable. I’m the kind of person who always eats their veggies first because i love them so much. I probably eat more vegetables than a vegetarian haha
